Clearing IE Cache Resolves Error

To prevent your browser from using older versions of files, which can result in EnergyU error messages, you can clear your cache. Select Tools > Internet Options and click the Delete button under browsing history. Make sure to UNCHECK the top Preserve Favorites website data box.

Possible error when launching Administrator

Some users have reported receiving an error message when launching EnergyU Admin this morning. This is the result of an upgrade to a button added last night, and does not affect data or system functionality. Simply close the window and use the system normally.

Trouble Logging Out?

Some users have reported they are unable to log out of EnergyU. This issue should be resolved shortly. In the meantime, use the following link to log out of EnergyU and return to the EnergyU login home page:

From the home page you can access the Pay Center, Course Catalogs, Training links, and other useful information.

Automatic Notifications

The automatic resetting of certification programs is working correctly. Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing some difficulties with automatic notifications. A hot fix scheduled for approximately four weeks from now will solve the issues and email notifications will automatically be sent to users 90, 60 and 30 days prior to certificate expiration.

What you need to do:

  • Ensure that your users have a valid email address
  • Ensure that your users are enrolled in the certification program (not just assigned the course). NOTE: Enrolling a user in a certification program will automatically assign the course during the overnight distribution process.

If you do not wish users to receive notifications via email, please notify Laura Legel that you would like this feature turned off for your company.
