195 Course Library Update Now Complete

May 19, 2020

We have completed the update for the ENTIRE 195 course library. Remember… After a course has undergone maintenance, it is important that users verify a status of “Not started” to ensure proper recording of a new score.

Five new tasks were added to the library offering:

  • 195-0081 (CT47) Install Electrical Insulating Device
  • 195-0310 (CT0031) Inspect and Monitor Galvanic Ground Beds/Anodes
  • 195-0402 (CT06J) Electrical Inspection of Coatings
  • 195-1202 (CT16E) Inspect Surface Conditions of Right-of-Way and Perform Leak Surveys for Liquid and Gas Pipelines
  • 195-1414F (CT39F) Field Operations of a Pipeline System

If your evaluators are using 195 in EZval, you will need an updated keycode to download the five new forms. If your company has the 195 course library, these courses and certificates will automatically be added to your company level. The new certificates will be added shortly.

May 18, 2020

We are still going through the process of updating the 195 course library. We will be activating individual courses as they are complete. We expect to have the entire library updated by noon tomorrow (May 19, 2020). We apologize for the inconvenience. The maintenance banner at the top of the MEAenergy.org website will be updated and a blog post will be sent out when the update is complete.

Maintenance Delay – EnergyU

May 18, 2020

When it rains it pours! An issue with flooding caused MEA to experience an outage over the weekend. Our provider is finally back up and we just now have our telephones and Internet working again.

Please be aware that there will be a delay in completion of the 195 course library update. We are working to complete the course library update as quickly as possible and will notify you via this blog when the courses are once again available.

Thank you for your patience.
